Real-Time Xpress Credit
  • RTXC is a fully digitized loan journey on YONO app (Android version) designed for Govt. and Defence Salary Package customers for Xpress credit loans up to ₹35 lakhs and can be availed instantly at your convenience on 24*7 basis
  • The product is available on YONO under 2 modes:
    • Digital Document Execution (DDE): Real-time sanction, digital documentation and real-time disbursement at DDE enabled States/ UTs.
    • Non-DDE: Real-time sanction, document execution at branches and single click disbursement in RLMS.

Features :

  • Aadhaar OTP based e-sign of customer.
  • Step-by-Step Guided e-mail and SMS Communication System.
  • Digitization of entire loan documentation processes viz. loan application, loan agreements, stamping and signature at DDE enables States/ UTs.
  • Instant loan disbursement.

Eligibility :

  • Govt./ Defense Salary Package account holders with KYC Compliant accounts.
  • Minimum Net Monthly Income:
    • >=Rs 15000/- for RTXC
    • >=Rs 100000/- for RTXC-Elite
  • Loan Amount:
    • Minimum Loan amount: Rs. 25000/-
    • Maximum Loan Amount: Rs 30,00,000/- for RTXC and Rs 35,00,000/- for RTXC Elite
  • EMI/NMI ratio: For RTXC: < 50%; For RTXC Elite :< 60%

Terms And Conditions:

  • Loan Tenure: 6 months – 72 months
  • Processing Fee: upto 0.75% of the loan amount plus GST.
  • Penal Interest @2% p. m would be charged over and above the applicable interest rate on overdue amount for the period of default.
  • The Loan will be repayable by way of EMIs. Standing Instruction (SI) for EMI payment will be automatically set up on Salary Package Account of the customer.
  • Loan Account will be closed/ pre-closed at the Home Branch/through app/portal by customer, after recovering residual dues from the Customer.
