State Bank Networked ATM Services
State Bank offers you the convenience of over 64,000+ ATMs / ADWMs (Automated Deposit cum Withdrawal Machines OR Cash Recyclers) in India (Click Here To View ATM Locator), the largest ATM Network in the country. The ATMs and ADWMs offer 24x7 cash withdrawals through cards as well as card-less modes. Apart from cash withdrawals, the ADWMs (approx. 12,000+) also support 24x7 cash deposits in both card-based and card-less modes.
SBI ATMs / ADWMs also offer many Value-Added Services (VAS) like Mobile Number update / registration, Trust Donation, Cheque Book requests, Debit Card limits modifications, SBI Credit Card Application requests, etc. for SBI Debit cardholders.
SBI has also deployed Mobile ATMs / ADWMs which ply across various routes, serving the public.
Our ATM Network is connected with National Financial Switch (NFS-including RuPay), VISA, MasterCard; supporting transactions of other Domestic Banks’ as well as other International Banks’ cardholders.
For International Banks’ VISA and MasterCard cardholders, SBI offers Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) to transact in their home currencies (currently, 97 currencies are supported).
Kinds Of Cards Accepted At State Bank ATMs / ADWMs
Besides all Debit cards issued by State Bank of India, following cards are also accepted at State Bank ATMs and ADWMs :
- State Bank Credit Card
- Cards issued by other Domestic Banks (of India) displaying Rupay, Maestro, Master Card, Cirrus, VISA / VISA Electron, DFS / Discover / Diners Club International, JCB, UPI logos
- All Debit / Credit / Multi-currency Cards issued by any Bank outside India displaying Rupay, Maestro, Master Card, Cirrus, VISA / VISA Electron, DFS / Discover / Diners Club International, JCB, UPI logos

India's largest bank is proud to offer you a range of debit cards to suit your needs. Apart from access to our ATM network, these cards can be used at various merchant establishments (both online and offline platforms). Please refer the Cards section for more details on SBI Debit Cards.
ATM Network Access and enhanced convenience
SBI Debit cardholders can transact at any SBI ATM / ADWM at their convenient time. All Non-financial transactions (like Available Balance Enquiry, Mini statement, Card PIN change, VAS etc.) are FREE for SBI Debit cardholders at any SBI ATM / ADWM. As per RBI Guidelines, there are limited Free cash withdrawal transactions for SBI Debit cardholders using SBI ATMs / ADWMs, during a calendar month (for Savings Bank account holders only). Please refer the Schedule of Service Charges for the FREE number of transactions and the applicable charges for transactions beyond FREE number of transactions.
SBI Debit cardholders can also transact at ATMs of other Domestic Banks. As per RBI guidelines in a calendar month (for Savings Bank account holders only), at other Domestic Banks’ ATMs, you are presently entitled to 3 FREE transactions (Financial or Non-Financial) in 6 Metro Centres (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad & Bengaluru) and 5 FREE transactions (Financial or Non-Financial) at other Non-Metro centres. Please refer the Schedule of Service Charges for the FREE number of transactions and the applicable charges for transactions beyond FREE number of transactions.
You can also use your debit card to make payments for purchases at online / offline merchant establishments viz. shops, restaurants, shopping malls, hotels, petrol pumps and many other outlets.

ATM / ADWM Features
All our ATMs and ADWMs are EMV Compliant, capable of processing the transactions through the highly secured EMV chip of the cards.
ADWMs (Automated Deposit cum Withdrawal Machines OR Cash Recyclers) have the dual functionality, i.e., to deposit cash and to withdraw cash.
For prevention of un-authorized transactions, 4-digits OTP (One-Time Password) is sent on the registered mobile number of SBI Customers for all transactions of above Rs.10,000/-, done at SBI ATMs / ADWMs using SBI Debit Cards.
SBI Customers can transact in English / Hindi / Regional Languages. Currently, 11 Regional Languages are supported (Assamese, Bengali, Oriya, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Urdu) which are displayed based on the location of the ATM / ADWM.
SBI ATMs / ADWMs support Voice Guidance feature (“Talking ATMs”) as per IBA Guidelines.
All our SBI ATMs and ADWMs support card-based and card-less transactions. Card-less transactions are currently supported for SBI customers only.
Services available:
- Debit Card based Cash Withdrawal: The most popular service on our ATMs and ADWMs, enables customers to withdraw cash up to the daily limit of SBI Debit Card. Please refer the Cards section for daily cash withdrawal limits for all SBI Debit Cards variants. Other Banks’ cardholders can withdraw upto Rs.10,000/- PER TRANSACTION at SBI ATMs and ADWMs (Cash Recycler). Similarly, SBI Debit cardholders can withdraw upto Rs.10,000/- PER TRANSACTION at other Banks’ ATMs and ADWMs (Cash Recycler).
- YONO CASH (Card-less cash withdrawal) : SBI offers FREE card-less cash withdrawal for its customers through the Bank’s YONO Apps (YONO and YONO Lite). SBI customers can initiate the cash withdrawal transaction through the YONO Apps and visit any SBI ATM / ADWM to withdraw the cash using the generated reference number and 6-digit YONO PIN. Under YONO Cash, minimum withdrawal is Rs.500/- with a maximum limit of Rs. 20,000/- (in multiples of Rs.500/-) per account, per day. The maximum permissible limit and number of withdrawals using YONO Cash will be over and above the existing limits permitted for cash withdrawal using Debit Cards.
- QR Based Card-less cash withdrawal :Similar to YONO Cash, SBI customer can use the YONO-Lite App (only) for QR Code based cash withdrawals at select ATMs and ADWMs. Customer can opt for Rs. 4000 or Rs. 2000 only. Daily Limit is Rs. 4000 per day i.e., 1 transaction of Rs. 4000 or 2 transactions of Rs. 2000 each through QR based withdrawal
- Card-Based Cash Deposit : SBI customers can deposit cash in their SBI Savings / Current accounts using their SBI Debit Cards (linked to those accounts) at any SBI ADWMs (Automated Deposit cum Withdrawal Machines OR Cash Recyclers). Please refer the Schedule of Service Charges for the applicable charges, if any.
- Card-less Cash Deposit : SBI customers can deposit cash in their SBI Savings / Current / PPF / Loan / RD accounts using card-less mode option at any SBI ADWMs (Automated Deposit cum Withdrawal Machines OR Cash Recyclers). Please refer the Schedule of Service Charges for the applicable charges.
- Fast Cash : A service which enables you to withdraw your preferred amounts with just a touch. The options in the denomination of 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, 10,000 are available.
- Green PIN : Use PIN generation menu to create new PIN / Green PIN for your card.
- PIN Change Use this service to change your card’s PIN at regular intervals.
- Balance Enquiry Expecting an inflow of funds in your account? Use this service to check the real-time available balance in your account. You can also ‘Go Green' by selecting the view option as the balance is displayed on the screen.
- Mini Statement Keep track of the transactions in your account by availing this service. Mini-statement gives you an insight into the last 10 transactions in your account.
- Credit Card Payment (Visa) Use this service to pay the bill of any Visa credit card.
- SBI Credit Card Application : Apply for SBI Credit Card. Simply enter your Mobile Number through SBI ATMs. The SBI Credit card team shall contact you.
- Cheque Book Request : Order your cheque book without visiting the branch or filling in any transaction slips. Remember to update your registered address in the branch as the cheque book will be delivered at the address registered in the branch.
- Trust Donation : Make a donation to your favourite charity. For example,

- Mobile Number Registration and Update : You can register / up-date your mobile number with your account using our ATMs.
- Stop Cheque :This service has been provided to stop the payment of an issued cheque.
- Limit Update of Debit Card :SBI Debit card holders can change the per day transaction limits of ATM, PoS, eCommerce (online transactions), NFC (i.e., contactless or Tap&Go feature of card) within the prescribed limits applicable for that Debit card variant. Please refer the “Cards” section for the daily limits of each channel {ATM, PoS, eCommerce (online transactions), NFC (i.e., contactless or Tap&Go feature of card)} for all SBI Debit Cards variants.
- Channel Usage : SBI Debit card holders can enable / disable any channel {ATM, PoS, eCommerce (online transactions), NFC (i.e., contactless or Tap&Go feature of card)}. Enable / disable of Domestic / International usage of Debit Card can also be done through ATMs.
- KYC Confirmation : Through ATMs, SBI Debit Card holders can confirm their periodical KYC (Know Your Customer) Process if there is no change in their KYC and the cKYC with valid KYC documents are available with Bank.

Get rid of dangers during ATM transactions !
Golden Rules to keep your ATM transactions safe and secure
- Please sign on the reverse of the card immediately on receipt.
- Change your card’s PIN regularly.
- Never keep the PIN with the debit card or write on it. Always memorize it.
- Do not provide the card and PIN details to anyone, including Bank / IBA / RBI / Govt. agency / family / friends, etc., Bank or any other institution will never ask for this information.
- Do not let strangers come into the ATM room or take their help to complete the transactions.
- Hide the keypad while keying in your PIN at ATM / POS terminals.
- Do not throw your transaction slip in the ATM room as it contains your account information.
- Always wait till the ATM returns to the idle mode and the green light is blinking.
- Insist on swiping your card in your presence in hotels / shops / malls, etc.
- Never swipe / tap your card at POS machines kept at unknown temporary stalls.
- Block and destroy your old card, when you get a new one. Register your mobile number with the Bank to get SMS alerts for all transactions

Customers - Be Aware:
Do's and Dont's of ATM Transactions.
Do's
- Conduct your ATM transactions in complete privacy, never let anyone see you entering your PIN (Personal Identification Number) (ATM Password)
- After completion of transaction, ensure that welcome screen is displayed on ATM screen
- Ensure your current mobile number is registered with the Bank so that you can get alerts for all your transactions
- Beware of suspicious movements of people around the ATM or strangers trying to engage you in conversation.
- Do check if the card given to you by the merchant after completion of the transaction is your card
- Look for extra devices attached to the ATMs that looks suspicious
- Inform the Bank if the ATM / Debit card is lost or stolen, immediately to block it, report if any unauthorised transaction.
- Check the transaction alert SMSs and Bank statements regularly
- If cash is not dispensed and ATM does not display “cash out” please report to the Customer care of the Bank mentioned below.
- Immediately check your phone for SMS for debit amount.
Dont's
- Do not write your PIN on the card. It is advisable to memorise your PIN number
- Do not take help from strangers or handover your card to anyone for using it
- Do not disclose your PIN / OTP / card details like card number, expiry date, CVV / Internet Banking Passwords / UPI PIN / YONO Apps PIN / YONO Apps Password to anyone, including bank employees and family members
- Do not allow the card to go out of your sight when you are making a payment.
- Do not forget to collect your card from the machine after your transaction.
- Avoid speaking on the mobile phone while you are transacting.
- Do not wear helmets / sunglasses or cover face while transacting at machines.
