I have only one concern ie., if you go to any of the branches in Chennai or Sindhanoor in Karnataka SBI where i belong to has long que. Officers in banks also are not polite and Govt. employee attitude is worst.Vast difference between a Pvt Banks and Govt banks.

SBI needs to take tough measures against fraudulent calls and fraudsters who seek card information. One such number from I have been getting calls very frequently is 911247172607.

I feel very bad when I see SBI's ATM out of cash & nobody likes to take responsibility why it happens or it will not occur next time.It damages SBI's image. One ATM of SBI NAYABAD KOLKATA always remain out of cash. Please look after it seriously

Worst customer service ever. lho help line was stopped. Filling the online complaint is a nightmare with so many sub, sus-sub categories. Branch Managers do not respond to e-mails. Cabinet Ministers respond to citizens' problems but not the CMD of SBI with extended service.

Very poor customer service, there is no accountability. Miss Arundhati may claim, that we are the 45th largest bank in the world, but when it comes to customer service, I will probably say they are at the bottom.
